WHO AM I?
Well, let’s start with who I’m not. I’m NOT a cinematography "expert". I’m NOT an academy award winning director. In fact I’ve never even shot a feature film (not really my thing).
I started out in 2013 doing freelance commercial work with nothing but a DSLR, a Glidecam, and a dream :)
Over the years I built a commercial production agency called CELADORA shooting cinematic storytelling content for big brands. I then shifted my focus to helping other videographers grow their business and improve their cinematography. Since 2016 I’ve trained tens of thousands of filmmakers on my methods, and I’ve helped many of them build their own companies.
In addition to creating some of the world’s best resources for budding filmmakers, I still run my production company and service our clients today.

What editing software do I need for this course?
You can use any editing software! This course focuses on teaching you editing techniques, workflow, and strategy, not just how to use the software (since you can easily find that information in the user manual or on YouTube). So the concepts you learn will work with any software. I am personally a Premiere Pro user, so I do most of the teaching in that program, but I make sure to point out when things work a little differently in other programs like Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve.

How will I get access to the content?
As soon as you sign up you’ll get an email with step by step instructions. Inside the email is a link to create an account on our membership site where all the content is hosted. You can access the course videos any time of day and on any device (with an internet connection).
Can’t I find this information on YouTube?
I understand there's a lot of free information out there on YouTube. In fact, I personally spent hundreds of hours watching YouTube videos when I was just starting out. But I still wish I had something like this that would just GIVE me the answers, rather than me wasting so much time searching for them. Besides, most of the videos on YouTube focus too much on the software, where this course teaches you the real editing techniques and methods you need to be successful with any software.
